Terms & Conditions
We ask you to read the following terms and conditions carefully as they form an important part in maximizing your Flyanairliner experience. Please ensure you have read and understood them before making your booking or purchasing a gift voucher.
1. Availability
Every effort will be made to ensure that your Flyanairliner experience takes place in accordance with your booking. In the unlikely event that the simulator proves to be unserviceable on the day or Flyanairliner has to reschedule your experience because of extenuating circumstances, you will be offered the following options –
a. On the day - an alternative time or an alternative simulator (subject to availability) at no extra charge;
b. The opportunity to re-book your experience on a mutually agreeable date;
c. A full refund within 7 days (unless the booking has been made using a voucher in which case option a or b above will be offered. Should the voucher be close to expiry, Flyanairliner will agree an extension of up to 3 months).
2. Eligibility
Flight simulators are highly complex and have many moving parts. Access to the simulators requires a certain amount of mobility. With this, your enjoyment and safety in mind, we require you to comply with the following criteria -
i. You must be 8 years or older;
ii. Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult;
iii. Regardless of age, you must be at least 1.35 metres tall.
iv. You must be in good health and free from heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness or other conditions that could be aggravated by the motion of the simulator. We recommend that expectant mothers should not participate;
v. You must be dressed appropriately in smart casual clothing with flat shoes; and
vi. You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Flyanairliner retains the right to refuse admittance to any participant who does not meet the criteria above. Should this be necessary, no refund will be given.
The maximum number of participants for your chosen experience is as defined in ‘options and costs’ and no-one other than those participants who have booked onto an experience will be permitted entry to Flyanairliner facilities (NB This does not apply to participants under the age of 18 who are required to be accompanied by a responsible adult). Regardless of the aforementioned, in the case of the full motion flight simulators, the maximum number of participants is defined by the number of operational seats with full harness available within the simulator. Should a seat become inoperative, the number of participants will reduce accordingly.
Full harnesses should be worn whenever the simulator is in motion.
Any participant name changes are free of charge but must be advised within 72hrs of your experience
3. Security and ID requirements
All visitors must have either a valid Passport or Driving Licence (photo), to be presented and copied on arrival at FSC Crew Training Centre. You will not be permitted to enter the Crew Training Centre without the valid documentation. Should this be necessary, no refund will be given.
4. Personal Data
I agree that the personal data provided in connection with this booking can be stored by Flyanairliner Ltd in accordance with the data protection act and may be provided to government authorities in the interests of aviation security.
5. Cancellations by participants
Once an Flyanairliner booking has been made there is a Euro 170 administration fee for participants cancelling or rescheduling the booking. Cancellations and rescheduling within 72 hours of a flyanairliner product and "no-shows" are not refundable.
6. Curtailment
If your flyanairliner experience duration is reduced due to the participant (e.g. motion sickness, toilet breaks, late arrival) then no refund will be given. If there are technical problems with the simulator that significantly reduce the quality and/or duration of your experience the participant/s will receive an appropriate refund, to be determined by Flyanairliner Ltd, acting reasonably.
Please note: The duration of the simulator flight runs from when you first enter the simulator to when you exit the simulator, and that some programming of the simulator may be required, resulting in slightly reduced actual flying time.
7. Gift Vouchers
Please note that Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and your flight must be booked before the voucher expires Each voucher is individual and will be issued with a Unique Reference Number and the expiry date. Vouchers are refundable within 30 days of purchase, subject to a Euro10 administration fee. After 30 days no refund will be given for a voucher.
8. Refunds and Administration Fees
Any refunds (less administration fees) will be paid directly to the debit/credit card that was used for payment.
9. Photography, Food and Drink, and Smoking
We regret that photography is strictly forbidden. Cameras and camcorders are not allowed inside the Crew Training Centre and mobile phones must be switched off
We regret that no food or drink is allowed within the simulators or briefing rooms and would like to point out that the premises are non-smoking.
10. General
Flyanairliner liability to any participant for any financial loss a participant may suffer as a result of FAA’s breach of these terms and conditions shall not be greater than the amount of fees paid by the participant for the experience. However, FAA does not exclude or limit liability to any participant for death or personal injury resulting from FAA’s negligence. The booking form and these terms and conditions form the entire contract for the provision of a FAA experience. These terms and conditions and the provision of the Flight Simulator experiences are governed by Dutch law and Flyanairliner and the participants shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Dutch courts.
NB: Point 11 below is only applicable to those attending an Flyanairliner experience:
11. Ready to Fly
In agreeing to having read these terms and conditions, participants confirm that they understand that the experience does not entitle them to any employed or training position with FSC Bv or Flyanairliner Ltd or any of its client or partner airlines. The feedback delivered by the Flyanairliner Training Captain/Assessor during the experience does not constitute any sort of agreement to offer an employment contract or training position with any airline and FSC Bv cannot be held responsible for the outcome of any subsequent assessment undertaken with any potential employer or training provider.
12. Fear of flying courses
in addition to the relevant Terms and Conditions above. Flyanairliner Ltd do not guarantee the efficacy of these courses, but point out the course is designed to achieve long term benefits and strategies in dealing with a fear of flying.
